1. Remove the OEM mirrors. Just pop off this cover from the inside and undo the 3 torx bolts. Unclip the main connector and your mirror will come completely off.

2. Grab the mirror and lift off with some pressure and it will popoff to you. Then unplug its little connector. The stock mirror guts needs to be completely taken out. So undo all the little torx screws and unplug the mirror motor. Dont forget on the bottom of the mirror there is a screw too. Then the halves will slide apart.

3. Here are the new Agency Power carbon fiber mirrors ready for reassembly.

4. Slide the 2 halves on to the mirror posts. Dont do what I did and do the top and bolt everything together first! The bottom half and the harness must go on at the same time so the complete mirror is in place.

5. Now its all reassembly. You have to first put the torx screws on the mirror frame rods to the carbon pieces. Then you screw on the plastic base. Last step is to screw on the mirror motor. Once these are all screwed on, plug in the mirror motor from the harness you slid through the bottom half. Now that all the guts are installed, the halves should line up flush like the OEM piece. Place the mirror back on to the car and plug in the white round plug. Refit the 3 torx bolts. Now that the mirror is in place, you can plug in the mirror and push it back on.

Agency Power has released a performance header that utilizes high flow cats and larger diameter pipes. This combination allows the exhaust to travel into the rest of the system much faster and carry more heat away from the engine.

Constructed of 304 stainless steel and mandrel bends, the Agency Power header is among the best performing on the market. When coupled with supporting mods, the Agency Power High Flow Cat headers are capable of producing upwards of 50whp. Another great advantage to the Agency Power high flow cat headers is the weight reduction they offer, a difference of 10lbs.

No check engine light will occur and no ECU modifications are needed.

“That is my car, and there is a noticeable difference in throttle response and performance. I am still breaking the car in with only occasional full throttle, but the throttle is much crisper and responsive. Feels like the engine is breathing better, especially good here in Colorado. Beautiful piece, worth the price. A little tricky to install. Would do again!

A little about the Agency Power Downpipes:

“Agency Power downpipes are designed to improve your turbo charged vehicles performance. Agency Power’s BMW E82 135i downpipes are no exception. These pipes are made from polished 304 stainless steel. They connect to the headers with a 3″ diameter opening and V band flange. They have an inside diameter of 2.60″. The larger diameter design will improve exhaust flow, keep boost pressure up and provide improved throttle response. This down pipe eliminates the catalytic converters. Each down pipe has 2 oxygen sensor locations. Thick flanges, sturdy hangers and increased flow make these down pipes a must have for all E82 enthusiasts. All Agency Power Products carry a limited lifetime warranty!”

Today, here are a couple snapshots of the Agency Power Downpipes being installed on the 2008 BMW 135i:

Agency Power is proud to release its Super Sport exhaust system for the 958 Porsche Cayenne S V8 2011 and up. The Super Sport exhaust is a axle system that gives your 4.8L V8 engine a real aggressive tone. Made here in the USA, the exhaust saves close to 30lbs off the rear end of the vehicle. Using 304 stainless steel and detail oriented TIG welding, the exhaust system uses two small high flow mufflers which give it the sports car rumble. Its reduced back pressure design gives the engine improved horsepower and torque with most noticeable improvement in throttle response. Because of the reduced restriction, this exhaust horsepower gains can definitely be noticed in the mid to top RPM range.

Even though it has a loud rumble under acceleration, the Super Sport exhaust has a “low drone” sound inside the cabin under general cruising. Since this is a luxury SUV, we wanted to ensure business could still be conducted for everyday use. To test this, we made several phone calls using the factory Bluetooth system to see how the exhaust might affect communication during highway cruising… crystal clear sound! The exhaust is designed to work with OEM tips or OEM replacement tips that are available. As pictured, it utilizes the stock hanger positions for a secure and safe mounting. It does require cutting the OEM muffler off as shown in the installation pictures. The axle back exhaust is then connected with the supplied clamps (not shown) that go over the Agency Power side and OEM side. You also have the option to directly weld the pieces together. Since this is a axle back unit, this retains all factory catalytic converters and will not cause any check engine lights. This exhaust will fit the 2011 and up 958 chassis Porsche Cayenne S V8 only.

These steps follow the numbered images.

It is recommended that you perform the installation with the car on a lift.

Starting from the engine bay

1. Locate where the brass three way valve will be installed. It is under a plastic

cover to the left of the brake booster.

2. Connect one way check valve to center port in brass check valve that runs to the

vacuum canister at the rear of the car. This hose will run down the firewall to the

frame rail.

At the rear of the car

3. Mount the vacuum canister close to the sway bar bushing bracket.

4. Mount the electronic valve. Run the wires with the vacuum hose to the front of

the car along the frame rail. You will connect the vacuum hose to the center port

of the three way valve.

Use the T fittings to connect the hoses to the vacuum canister and each of the

valves located at each muffler.

Power and Ground

5. Locate a power source to connect the red wire. The fourth fuse from the left is a

good source or you can use the battery.

6. Connect your brown ground wire. You can use a bare metal location on the

chassis or the negative battery terminal. Make sure the paint has been removed

from the body where it contacts.

7. Locate the Throttle Position sensor wire. It is a white wire with a green stripe

located under the accelerator pedal. You will use the supplied connector to

connect the yellow wire to the throttle position wire.

8. You will now have the harness connected to a power source, a ground and the

throttle position wire. Mount the control box in a safe location like the glove box.

9. Wire crimping diagram.

10. Neatly organize wires and vacuum hose running along frame rail.

11. Shows vacuum hose being run to three way valve under hood.

12. Shows three way valve completely connected. One way check valve is installed

in the hose running to the rear of the car.

To set the valve electronics adjust the left knob to desired throttle setting. For

example, if you want the valves to open at 80% throttle turn the knob just over 3/4 of

the rotation range.
