It is recommended that you perform the installation with the car on a lift.

Agency Power Plenum Pressure Test

Agency Power takes great pride in ensuring each product is within spec and functions properly. Each product that leaves our shop has been carefully examined and tested. This video is a short clip on pressure testing welds, seals and fittings. A soap/water solution is used to check for air leaks while under pressure.

Agency Power Porsche 997TT BRV Assembly

Step 1: Small and thinner O-Ring are used to seal the BRV to the turbo. Thicker O-Ring is used to seal the BRV together.

Step 2:Use silicone grease to lubricate the O-Rings and fit them into the grooves. Place the piston inside the valve body. Place the spring inside the piston and cap. The valve body and cap are sealed with “thick” O-Ring and held together with provided screws onto the turbo.

Agency Power Porsche Turbo Throttle Body and Plenum Install Instructions

1.)    Place couplers onto Plenum as far in-board as possible. Insert left side (driver side) first. Rotate counter clockwise into position. Slide Couplers out into place and secure with clamps.

2.)    Install Vacuum lines to plenum. Install Throttle Body to plenum with provided bolts

3.)    Place couplers on y-pipe as far on as possible. Remove bolt from AC Line bracket on power steering pump (loose lines needed). Adjust AC Line slightly up.

Looking for an easy bolt on for you Porsche 996TT? One of our Agency Power customers picked up the Big Mouth race plenum and throttle body for a quick HP gain without braking the bank! We were sent a Dyno sheet to show the power gains from an outside source to show that the HP held at 12hp and peaked at 20hp! This was just with the BIG mouth kit. Still using stock intake filter and piping, stock intercoolers, and stock y-pipe.

Agency Power Hyundai Genesis Exhaust Install

A client of Ageny Power was kind enough to document their install of the Hyundai Genesis exhaust for the 2.0T and send it to us to share with all of you.

A quick tip for removing the stock exhaust for faster install is to unbolt the cat-back from after the 2nd Catalytic Converter, unbolting the cross brace under that smashed area of the exhaust, and then remove the exhaust hangers.
