Jasper Motorwerks SEMA Porsche 997 Turbo

The guys at Jasper Motowerks built this 997 Turbo that debuted in the Garrett booth at SEMA. It features our Agency Power parts from the VR900 turbo kit minus the GT3076 turbos which they have replaced them with a set of the new Garrett GTX turbos (specs are similar). The kit features custom Softronic Tuning, Agency Power intercoolers, ypipe, intake pipes, headers for external wastegates, and used with 80lb injectors and a Greddy boost controller. “Close to our favourite 911 of the year was Alex Livesey’s modified twin-turbocharged 964 Carrera 4. A 550bhp beast that’s also highly useable, and Alex’s brother treated us to some outrageous doughnuts!”

“Top of the list, though, has to go to Porscheshop’s 997 Carrera S which they’ve turned into an RSR-inspired fun machine. The car we drove cost under less than half the price of a new 997 GT3 RS but delivers 80 percent of the entertainment. “We didn’t have high hopes for Porscheshop’s remixed early 997 Carrera S, expecting it to be all show and no go. Got a chance today to get a couple photos of a customer’s Porsche 997 Turbo Cabriolet PDK, equipped with our Agency Power Carbon Fiber Intake System and Exhaust. The car also has our optional Agency Power Ceramic Coated Exhaust Tips. The tips can be used with or without the AP exhaust.

Agency Power Porsche 997TT BRV Assembly

Agency Power Porsche 997TT BRV Assembly

Step 1: Small and thinner O-Ring are used to seal the BRV to the turbo. Thicker O-Ring is used to seal the BRV together.

Step 2:Use silicone grease to lubricate the O-Rings and fit them into the grooves. Place the piston inside the valve body. Place the spring inside the piston and cap. The valve body and cap are sealed with “thick” O-Ring and held together with provided screws onto the turbo.

Step 3:Using the silicone grease, place the thinner and small O-Rings into the grooves of the valve body. These O-rings seal the BRV onto the turbo.

Step 4:Screw the assembled BRV onto the turbo. The spring should provide tension to the assembly.

Agency Power Porsche 997TT 800 Horsepower Kit Sneak Peak

Our fabrication department got some of the VR800 horsepower kit upgrade parts done so I thought I would leak out a couple of pictures before the official release tomorrow. Pictured below is our full 3 inch aluminum Ypipe with a mount for the Greddy EBC solenoid and OEM map sensor. You can also see in the picture the fender intake pipes, 1 of the silicone BOV return hoses, and fittings. Both aluminum pipes are powdercoated gloss black. Because the Porsche VTG oil and water line fittings are proprietary, we include new braze on fittings to convert for using Garrett turbo necessary oil and water lines. Below that is a picture of our modified intercoolers which feature a 3 inch pipe to match the Ypipe. This gives the system a complete 3inch all the way to the upgraded throttle body and plenum. Finally below that is our new headers to mount the Garrett turbos and tial wastegates in the jig. These will all be sold as a complete kit from Vivid Racing or individually through Agency Power dealers.
