The powder coated aluminum inlet pipe replaces the entire flimsy OEM plastic piece with a larger diameter, kept all the way through. The larger diameter inlet pipe improves air flow and also gains power. The Agency Power blow off valve can be configured to vent 50% of the air back into the intake and 50% out to atmosphere for that desired WHOOOSH sound or 100% recirculated just like the factory setup for quiet operation.  The BOV can also be vented 100% to atmosphere for that desired turbocharged  car sound.

Note: The attached graph is of a 335i with intake, downpipe, intercooler and flash. The Agency Power Inlet and BOV Kit helped maintain a constant boost which gained 50rwhp and 40 ft. lbs.  The need for a stronger BOV and Inlet Pipe becomes more evident at higher boost levels.

From the NEW AP Carbon Division, comes the Carbon Fiber version of our wildly successful aluminum Y-Pipe Kit for the Porsche Panamera Turbo!  We wanted to step up the luxury look of the engine bay with a full carbon fiber version. This carbon fiber Y-Pipe is a full replacement and includes everything you need to install in place of the original.

The stock Y-Pipe is a 2 piece plastic Y design that is smooth on the inside with a “deflector” internally to channel air. The bad part about the stock one is it goes from a 78mm ID at the throttle body down to a approximately 51mm diameter Y split. This then connects to rubber boost hoses that expand under pressure. Both of these are a power robbers! If you retain the stock design and stock diameter hoses, YOU CANNOT GAIN power no matter if the YPipe is cast aluminum or plastic. This is why we made a complete Y-Pipe kit which retains a 3inch diameter design all the way to the factory end piece connections at the intercoolers.

The dyno sheet shows the car in standard mode with the stock Y piece versus our big Y-Pipe kit. These are huge gains throughout the ENTIRE rpm band which is impressive. Dyno proven results are not something to see, but something you can feel. The more airflow you get into that throttlebody the more HP you will gain. By eliminating the rubber boost hoses, you remove the pressure fluctuation from expansion which loses power. With our Y-Pipe kit, the air flow improvement improves every aspect of driving your Panamera Turbo. As tested on our Mustang AWD Dyno, the Y-Pipe made 34awhp and 35ft/lbs of torque.

These Y-Pipes are all made in the USA using carbon fiber braided sleeve and a bladder molding technique. The Y-Pipe includes necessary couplers and clamps for a true bolt on installation. All clamps should be torqued to no more then 15lbs. These are designed for the 2010 and up Porsche Panamera Turbo.

“Agency Power has developed one of the best sounding and performing exhaust systems for the 2011 STi Sedan. The new exhaust features an all T304 stainless steel piping in 3 inch diameter from the catback. The piping is all hand polished featuring robotic TIG welding. The midpipe includes a resonator to assist in keeping that traditional boxer engine sound with an exotic race tone that does not drone in the cabin. The ½ inch thick flanges offer a secure fit along with the factory placement exhaust hangers. The catback exhaust uses a high flow Y-Pipe to efficiently direct exhaust to the dual exhaust canisters. The Y-pipe features a merged collector and 2.5 inch piping on each extension to give your exhaust a combined 5 inches of exhaust flow. The straight through mufflers are designed to optimize horsepower with very little restriction. The mufflers do feature removable exhaust silencers for those wanting the ability to keep the system very quiet during daily use. The catback exhaust features dual 4 inch single straight exit Titanium Tips with the Agency Power logo. As tested on a Mustang all wheel drive dyno, the Agency Power catback exhaust made an impressive 17 all wheel horsepower and 28ft/lbs of torque.”

“Turbo cars need more air flow to make more power. Not only is air flow important, but how that air gets into your cars motor is an essential factor. With vehicle computers becoming more and more advanced, precision engineered products are necessary to optimize performance. Focused on quality, function, and style, Agency Power has developed this intake kit for the new 2008 and up Subaru WRX or STI. This intake kit is sold as a short ram. The kit features a CNC aluminum MAF sensor mount on our intake tube with built in mesh screen to keep air flow laminar. The intake kit includes a 5ply AP silicone coupler with clamps for easy install. To keep the cool air separated from the engine heat, Agency Power has developed this heat shield which mounts to factory chassis locations from the front crash beam to the fender. The high flow K&N cone air filter securely clamps in place to the short ram or cold air extension tube. The heat shields are powder coated in a textured black finish and the intake tubes are done in wrinkle red to match the STI intake manifolds. Tested on a Mustang all wheel drive dyno, the Agency Power intake kit gained approximately 10 horsepower and ft/lbs of torque. At the peak horsepower point of 5000 rpm’s, the intake kit made almost 20 wheel horsepower.”

“Agency Power’s Subaru STI 6 Speed Short Shifter is for the 2004 and up models. This short shifter is a direct replacement for the factory shifter. The shifter is 1018 Steel and has a Black oxide finsh. The shifter retains all the factory parts for easy install and functionality. The height is about 2 inches shorter then stock and the throw is about 30% less then stock. Short Shifters are designed to reduce the throw between gears, which enables you to have smoother and faster shifts. With the solid steel weight, the shifts slam into gear quick and responsively to help reduce shift delay. The lower height gives the shifter a better feel as well. Works with the stock shift knob, shift boot, and reverse lock out mechanism.”

“The Agency Power Racing Downpipe fits all Subaru WRX or STI cars from 2008 and up. The downpipe is full stainless steel with a bell mouth upper section. The .4″ thick flanges ensure a tight and strong seal. The downpipe deletes both your catalytic converters and bolts to all factory style turbos. The precision welds and mirror polishing give the Agency Power Racing Downpipe a show finish. Each downpipe includes a bung for an aftermarket air/fuel sensor as well as a bung for the factory O2 sensor. When adding an Agency Power Racing Downpipe to your Subaru WRX or STI, you will gain more horsepower and overall performance. The downpipe allows for better flow of the turbine and wastegate gas. The downpipe has a large bell mouth which allows both to flow smoothly out and down the pipe. The 3 inch diameter piping is the perfect size for the turbo cars from stock hp to 500 whp. The bellmouth will also allow for a little boost increase since there is less restriction.
